Adult Education Survey
 for Online ABE, GED, and ESOL Instruction

Florida Adult Education Providers:

Through Adult Education State Leadership funds, Okaloosa-Walton College is providing technical assistance and training to adult education providers interested in starting an instructional adult education distance learning (DL) program. 

To identify statewide DL training needs, please take five minutes of your time to respond to the survey. Survey results will help us determine the need for training, the location of trainings, and the training focus.   

We hope instructors and administrators from your institution will take the opportunity to participate in the training. At no cost to your institution, you will receive the necessary products, skills, and tools to launch your own successful Adult Education e-learning  program. The intent of this project is not to endorse any DL commercial product. The project is designed to teach you how to develop processes and build products customized to meet your institutional needs for successful Distance Learning delivery.

To complete the survey:

• Click here to open the survey which is in Microsoft Word.
   

• Save the survey to your desktop or in a folder of your choice and rename it with your name; e.g., MarySmith.doc.
   

• Answer the questions by placing an X before the appropriate answer. It is OK if your x is in the middle of the underlining; e.g., __x__.
   

• Return your completed survey by sending it as an e-mail attachment to Barbara Jones at jonesb@nwfsc.edu or fax it to her at 850-892-8198.
